Process Time & Delivery

*Lead time:
All personalized decors are Made-to-order, hence please purchase at least 4-5 weeks before your party date, in order for the them to reach you or friends on time.

*Delivery:
All items are shipped via international registered airmail(with tracking number)from Singapore.
Hence, your signature is required upon delivery.
You may receive a notification slip for you to pick up at post office if you're not home.

Usually it takes about 11-16 working days to reach you(excluding handmade process), depending on your country's Customs/weather condition/postal service.
It may take up to 23-24 days for postal service to deliver to you.
